	1.	En ja: weer een lekker gerechtje met pompoen en deze keer een pompoencurry. 01:45
	2.	Benodigdheden: 400 gr pompoenblokjes, 1 ui, 1 teen knoflook, 1 tomaat, 1 paprika, 1 tl kerrie, snufje komijn, 150 ml bouillon, 100 ml kookroom/kokosmelk 05:41
	3.	Recept voor 2 personen 00:17
	4.	Snijd de ui, tomaat en paprika in stukjes en snijd de knoflook fijn. Giet een scheutje olie in een pan en bak het uitje met de paprika, knoflook en kerriepoeder ongeveer 2-3 minuten. 05:57
	5.	Voeg daarna de tomatenblokjes, de pompoenblokjes, bouillon, kookroom, snufje komijn en een snufje zwarte peper toe. Laat het geheel nu ongeveer 15-20 minuten pruttelen totdat de pompoen zacht is. 04:13
	6.	Serveer de pittige pompoencurry met rijst of naanbrood. 13:16
